Deviled Eggs
Deviled eggs are so easy to make and are deliciously creamy. Perfect for a daytime brunch, appetiser or evening cocktail party.

Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- 3-4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 2 Tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 Tsp. Salt
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 Tsp. Paprika
- A few Nigella seeds (optional)
Method
Place eggs in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to boil and lower heat. Simmer for 15 minutes.
When eggs have cooked, let cool completely. Peel and cut each egg in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a bowl. Mash yolks with a fork until smooth.
Add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, mustard, salt and cayenne pepper. Mix until blended. Transfer mixture to a piping bag and pipe yolk mixture into empty egg whites.
Sprinkle filled eggs with paprika, few Nigella seeds (optional) and chill until serving. Serve with micro herbs and edible flowers to make them extra special!
