The Cherry On Top
I love cherries and combine with pistachios and date syrup it creates the most delicious harmony of flavours whilst remaining super healthy.
This is as delicious for breakfast as it is for dessert and is sure to impress at any humble dinner party.
Serve it in little glass jar to retain a rustic yet french chic “Je ne sais quoi!”
Oh and make sure you don’t forget the cherry on the top!!!!

Ingredients
- 4 Cherries
- 12 Blackberries
- 300 g Greek yoghurt
- 1 Tbsp. Unsalted pistachios
- 1 Tbsp. Flaked almonds
- 2 Tbsp. Puffed brown rice
- Date syrup
- A few mint leaves to garnish
Method
In a dry frying pan add all the nuts and heat over medium heat. Toast the nuts, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. When toasted, transfer the nuts to a small bowl to keep them off the heat.
Scoop and divide the yogurt equally into 4 jars or bowls. Sprinkle with nuts, puffed brown rice, blackberries and drizzle each with date syrup.
Garnish with a few mint leaves and The cherry on top!
