Defeat the new season’s slump with this Energising Tonic containing turmeric, blood orange and soothing honey! Turmeric has been used in India for centuries for its anti-inflammatory properties; it’s also an antioxidant.
In this simple drink, turmeric is blended with fresh ginger, raw apple cider vinegar and rosemary for energy and vitamin C from citrus fruit. Have a shot first thing in the morning to chase away the cold and trust me it’s strong but uber powerful.
Note: I used blood orange in the original recipe but if they are not available or in season you could try any of the citrus family; clementine, oranges, grapefruit etc…

Juice the whole orange (rind and whole), the lemon and the ginger.
In a jar add the juice and the rest of the ingredients shake well drink immediately!
